Rates

$175  Intake session.  Typically 60-90 min

$150  55 min recurring session

Insurance

We are in-network with BCBSIL  PPO.  

We are considered out-of-network with most other insurance policies.

Out-Of-Network Insurance

To use your Out of Network benefits:

You will be responsible to pay Art & Soul directly at the time of service.   We are happy to file your insurance claims for you and all reimbursement will be sent directly to you.  You will be responsible for any deductible that has not been met.

To check your out of network benefits: 

Call the customer service phone number on your insurance card.  Ask for your out-of-network benefits and reimbursement rates for In-Office Outpatient Psychotherapy: CPT Code 90837.  If inquiring about Teletherapy, mention the same CPT Code (90837) but specify that the session(s) will be online.
